Hampton Inn Battle Creek

Staff was just fantastic, I mean every single one! This is rare to have every interaction be positive with every employee! The front staff, the housekeepers.....all great ambassadors for your hotel! Also, your location is perfect as you are situated next to so many good food options and all within walking distance.

It was close to a lot of amenities. easy to find things. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Linda has excellent customer service skills Adam also used excellent customer service skills, especially when my room needed to be changed.

Breakfast was far better than any other comparable hotel. Fresh berries, potatoes, eggs, etc. were all well presented and good tasting. Coffee was excellent. The sleeping room was far nicer and more comfortable than other hotels stayed at during this trip.

The hotel was very clean. Good location to main road. Beds were very comfortable.
